This training uses suspension trainers to achieve results. This method is extremely versatile allowing you to be flexible with the resistance and difficulty of your workout. Adjusting the intensity is as simple as just moving your arms or legs. The resistance bands are also extremely portable so your workout can be done nearly anywhere!


These exercises focus on training your core, arms, and legs. Mat Pilates can be adapted to any age or fitness level and can be practiced nearly anywhere. This increases your flexibility and will get you to a strong and balanced body.
